As we always acknowledge how important the role of the leadership and CIO involve in the industry. Management has been a part of the daily basis of any type of business operations. Their duties implying a continual training, discipline and rewarding. This helps to put the company in order. However, we desperately need another position so call chief Information System (CIO) to oversee the management team and taking innovative action to fulfill the need of a company. More importantly keeping pace with the radical changes faces the newer and more advance technology in the current industry. A good CIO also needs to be capable of strategic planing id needed. Keep in mind that CIO more likely to be strengthen by now and stimulating job than by any other financial means.
